Refugees Solidarity Movement Co-Founder Mahienour El-Massry was sentenced today to (2 years) in prison, together with four other activists in city of Alexandria, Egypt.
This is following the continuous crackdown on activists in Egypt, in the last few weeks.
Refugees Solidarity Movement condemns this sentence, and demands everyone’s solidarity with Mahienour and her collegues.
For more than 6 months Mahienour been tirelessly working for the Syrian & Palestinian refugees plight in Egypt, exposing and documenting the violations they faced, and defending them in different police stations in various cities in Egypt.
